Reservations & cancellations policy as follows

All chemical services may require a major credit card to secure appointment.
Please understand that if you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notices, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services when there is actually an opening. Since the service were reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply .
If you must reschedule or cancel appointments, please inform us 48 hours in advance to avoid a credit card charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
A “NO SHOW” is subject to the same cancellation policy. Due to schedule commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may have to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 20 minutes late.


 

Confirmation & reminder calls

As a courtesy, we will call or leave a message to confirm/ remind your appointment one or two days prior to your appointment date. However, if we unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid the cancellation fee.

 


 

Payment method

We require credit card information to assure that customers abide by our cancelation policy. Customers should cancel appointments within 48 hours for all chemical services and 24 hours for hair cut services.

 


 

Adjustment 

We do not issue any refund(s) for the services we already did. However, we do offer a 7 days adjustment period. Please inform us within 7 days if you have any concern. Service will no longer be adjusted after those 7 days or if adjusted at home or with a different salon.

 


 

No Returns or Exchanges

Gratuities for assistants and stylists is much appreciated, however, we are unable to process gratuity on a credit card. Cash only, please.
