Reservations & cancellations policy as follows

All chemical services may require a major credit card to secure appointment.
Please understand that if you forget to cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening. Since the service was reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.


If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please inform us 24 to 48 hours (depending on what services) in advance to avoid a credit card charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.


A “NO SHOW” is subject to the same cancellation policy. Due to schedule commitments to other clients, we may have to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 20 minutes late.

Customers should cancel appointments within 24 hours for hair cut services and 48 hours for all other services.


 

Confirmation & Reminder calls

As a courtesy, we will call or leave a message to confirm/remind you of your appointment one or two days prior to your service. However, if we unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a cancellation fee.

 


 

Payment method

We require credit card information to assure that customers abide by our cancelation policy. We do not accept American Express.

 


 

Adjustments/Returns or Exchanges 

We do not issue any refund(s) or exchanges for the services we already did. However, we do offer an adjustment period. Please inform us within 7 days of your service if you have any concern. The service will no longer be adjusted after those 7 days or if hair was tampered with at home or with a different salon.
